ABOUT KELLEY RALPH

Kelley Ralph is a creative producer and experience manager with a career spanning media, music, and hospitality.

A Winchester University graduate with an Honours degree in Drama, Theatre and Television, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from Middlesex University, Kelley began her career working with Janet Street-Porter — an experience that sparked her passion for innovative storytelling and cultural connection.

Kelley quickly became known in television production and development circles for her dynamic ideas and instinctive ability to turn ambitious concepts into successful, high-impact content. Her credits include some of the UK’s most iconic entertainment and reality formats, such as Pop Idol, The X Factor, Your Face or Mine, and Jimmy Carr’s Distraction.

Her talent for discovering exceptional people and partners has also shaped major commercial campaigns, including Land Rover’s celebrated Can and Will series directed by Oscar-nominated filmmaker Kevin Macdonald.

She has collaborated with award-winning director Chris Faith on numerous projects, producing music videos and commercials for artists including Jack Savoretti.

Beyond the screen, Kelley has produced standout events for Cannes Lions and Soho House, working with the late cultural anthropologist Zoë Lazarus and artist Jack Irving. She is credited with producing Shoreditch House’s legendary Halloween and Pool Parties for five consecutive years.

Over the past six years, Kelley has been instrumental in defining the cultural identity of the boutique hospitality group edyn, serving as Experience Manager across its lifestyle brands — including the acclaimed aparthotel brand Locke, known as a ‘neighbourhood maker’ and community hub.

Combining her background in TV and event production with a sharp strategic vision, Kelley curates distinctive brand experiences rooted in creativity, culture, and connection. She excels at embedding herself in each city, sourcing local partnerships, talent and collaborations that bring every property to life through art, music, and meaningful guest experiences. Building communities that last through authentic co-created and relational experiences with intention, purpose and heart.

Her brand collaborations include Avalon, BBC, Talkback Thames, Loft Studios, Twitter, Uber, Lisbon Design Week, Soho House, and Locke Hotels, among others.

Alongside her creative career, Kelley is also a meditation instructor and a transpersonal psychotherapist in training. She is passionate about harnessing creativity to build community, nurture awareness, and unlock human potential.

Kelley lives in London with her husband, music producer Mark Ralph, and their two sons, Alfie and Billy-Ray.
